Making the best mango sorbet
After choosing the best fruits from Maharashtra, we take 30% mango pulp, add a hint of fresh lemon and no milk, a world apart from regular sherbets. Our natural ingredients ensure the perfect texture of our mango sorbet and deliver an intense yet refreshing flavour for our sorbetto that anyone can enjoy, as our mango sorbet is a delicious vegan treat. Thanks to our natural ingredients, Sorbetto N.6 Alphonso Mango is fat-free and has half the calories of traditional ice creams.
What does Alphonso Mango sorbet go well with?
A staple dessert during the hot Italian summers, sorbettos have been keeping Italians fresh and delighted. First of all, our N.6. Mango Sorbet can be served by itself, and does not necessarily be accompanied by other desserts.
However, if you feel creative, or believe that Italians actually “do it better”, you can try serving our sorbet with a perfectly matched sorbet such as Sorbetto N.3. Limone Siciliano, perhaps while sipping a glass of spumante. If you prefer serving it alongside great gelato, we recommend you pair our mango sorbet with N.1 Madagascan Vanilla gelato. Our signature mango sorbet is also available on a stick.
