We harvest our Blackcurrants from the northern peaks of Italy in the Trentino region. Within its lush and mountainous vegetation lies some of the world’s best “Ribes Nigrum” variety, known for its deep purple colour, distinct flavour and high level of anthocyanis (a compound with antioxidant effects). This Sorbetto will surprise you with its richness and unique texture, delivering a strong and raw berry flavour thanks to its truthfulness to our all-natural ethos.
