    Enjoy the delicious taste of sustainability as we bring you this summer’s most indulgent Italian dessert. This is the SERIOUSLY good affogato, made pairing our delicious Gelato and Lavazza’s ¡Tierra! for Planet coffee. 


    We chose our signature Gelato alla Vaniglia, Stracciatella di Bergamo and Pistacchio Siciliano as the perfect flavours to use with Lavazza’s coffee that supports local communities and is Rainforest Alliance Certified. 


    Making an Affogato is easy. But making a seriously and sustainably good one takes little more and gives much more.

    Add the coffee to the filter basket of the Moka pot, tap to settle but don’t tamp (press). Add 100g of hot filtered water to the bottom chamber, insert the filter basket and screw on the top section.


    Heat on the stove on a medium/high heat until the coffee starts to appear in the upper chamber.


    When coffee starts to ‘spit’ remove it from the heat.


    Scoop 1 or 2 (or 3 if you’re feeling indulgent) scoops of Remeo Vaniglia, Stracciatella or Pistachio into a bowl or glass and pour over the fresh Moka coffee.
